Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive in 3–7 working days.

Delivery
We deliver across India. Orders are packed with care in Kashmir and usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges and any free-shipping offers are confirmed on WhatsApp when you order.
- You’ll receive tracking details on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Returns & exchanges
Each piece is checked before it leaves us. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we’ll make it right.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
Jewellery care
Our anti-tarnish pieces are made to keep their glow through everyday wear. A little care helps them last even longer.
- Put your jewellery on last — after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
- Store each piece separately in its pouch, away from moisture.
- Take it off before swimming, the gym or cleaning.
